Inspired by Japanese Keirin frames and named after one of the top racing classes on the Keirin circuit, the S1 is our high end, built for speed, track model.
The S1 is built with lightweight Columbus Spirit Keirin tubing and paired with Kaisei aero bladed forks, as used by great Japanese frame builders such as 3Rensho and Kalavinka.
*This S1 frame has a level top tube, so the measurment listed is centre-centre*
New for 2012
Last year’s S1 was modelled on Japanese Keirin frames but fell short of being an exact replica. This year we have not held back. We've attempted to replicate the tried and true Keirin frame geometry. The angles are steep, the clearance is tight and the fork had been left un drilled. To complete the experience we've used Columbus Spirit Keirin tubing. We have also added custom CNC Tokyo Fixed dropouts.
This frame has a level top tube so measurment listed is centre to centre.
