Strong, light, and exhilarating without weighing the hefty price tag, the 1 Series bikes are designed with the same meticulous attention to detail as Trek's award-winning Madone. A tall headtube, and long, skinny aluminium tubes are excellent are absorbing the road noise, and the geometry is designed with comfortable, easy handling in mind. Perfect for long days in the saddle, the 1 Series comes with integrated mudguard mounts for winter riding, as well as Trek's Speedtrap computer attachment system, so monitoring your speed doesn't damage your aerodynamics. 

Finished with a compact FSA crankset and Shimano Tiagra shifters and derailleurs, there is no aspect of this bike that isn't ideal for your entry in to serious road bikes. The broad range of gears means that hills and sprints are equally within reach, and the rugged Bontrager wheels provide year round performance.

    Started in 1975 in Waterloo, Wisconsin, Trek bicycles started off selling hand-made steel touring frames. However, they now represent one of the biggest manufacturers in cycling, the a prestigious history supplying some of the most successful riders in professional cycling, including Lance Armstrong and Fabian Cancellara. Trek were one of the first major manufacturers to make a foray in to carbon fibre frame production, and still make all their high end OCLV carbon fibre frames in Waterloo where they started.
