An extremely rare build from Nagasawa, this road frame mimics his tried and tested track bikes in it’s tubing and exquisite lugwork, but also includes unique custom dropouts and braze-ons. The frame itself is gorgeous, but this is only enhanced by the stunning paint. The gold and signature yellow lug lining is absolutely perfect, and the gold decals set of a subtle but captivating fade, a sparkle clear-coat over the gloss black that fades towards the rear of the frame.
This unique frame is topped off by a fantastic build. A Nitto S65 seatpost holds a Kashimax Nagasawa special edition saddle, while a Nitto Crystal stem holds the M194 Euro bars. The Campagnolo Athena groupset is a perfect aesthetic match for an classic steel frame, and the Royce hubs laced to Mavic Reflex rims are an incredible wheelset, which are wrapped in Continental GP4000 tyres. This isn't just for Sunday best though, Nagasawa made his name though building racing frames and this is no different.
Nagasawa should really need no introduction. He is a titan in NJS framebuilding, and world renowned for his work with Koichi Nakano, the 7 time winner of the World Sprint Championships. Nagasawa studied under Sante Pogliaghi and Ugo De Rosa, before travelling back to Japan and becoming one of the most well represented builders in elite level Keirin riding.
