As part of our new website launch we are currently offering FREE DELIVERY on all UK mainland orders over £50. Sorry to everyone else as we can’t offer the same the same free postage service to all our highlands & islands, European and international customers due to expensive courier costs. However we offer a very reasonable rates to these locations as detailed below.
SHIPPING INFORMATION/ LEAD TIMES
We process all orders as quickly as possible and aim to get them dispatched within 24-48 hours (weekdays or 48-72 hours weekends) after receipt. However being a small independent not all of our stock is held in our warehouse where web orders are dispatched from and we may need to get items from our store which could delay dispatch of your order. Please remember delivery time also depends on several other factors, such as your exact location where you live and your local postage service, the availability of the products and the type of delivery.
For the dispatch of orders we use Royal Mail First Class (Recorded or International Signed For) or UK Mail for larger bulkier items. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day after dispatch for most of the UK mainland. If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may take longer, depending on where exactly you live. The same applies for international customers please remember to add extra time on for transit time and customs.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Please check with your local authorities before placing the order.

All customers will be provided with tracking information once their order has dispatched.
If goods arrive damaged or broken as result of mishandling in transit please keep the packaging and contact us immediately.
All packages are sent out recorded and will require a signature at the delivery address however packages are uninsured unless otherwise requested. Please contact us if you require your order to be sent out insured however please be aware this will inure additional costs.
LOCAL PICKUPS
If you would like to collect your web order from our London Store please let us know so we can make arrangements for the collection and notify our staff in the store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Goods can be returned for a full refund or exchange if they are received back with us within 21 days of purchase. In order for a full refund goods must sill be new and unused condition, with the original packaging and/or labelling all still attached as well as proof of purchase . A refund will be actioned and processed within 3 working days from receipt of the returned item or items.
The 21 days start from the day of despatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders ordered in specifically for customers which will be non-refundable.
We recommend that items being returned to us be sent via trackable service for your protection. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning an item due to a fault. Please note all warranty returns must be clean and free from dirt and mud to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. We are legally unable to refund or exchange helmet returns so be careful when choosing. If the product is faulty and defective however we will return it to the manufacturer for a warranty claim and assessment. Note: DVDs, videos and books are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless they are incorrect or defective. If goods develop a problem within 7 days they will be immediately replaced or refunded, after 7 days they will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Our store is unable to refund orders placed via the Tokyo Fixed website however items bought online can be exchanged in-store.
