Starting in 1882, Le Coq Sportif are one of the longest established and most renowned sporting brands in history. The brand has a long history in cycling, sponsoring some top teams and even manufacturing jerseys for riders in the early days of the Tour De France. Recently the brand have been going back to their roots and been main sponsor for the L'Eroica race two years running. L'Eroica is a legendary race / group ride which takes place every year in the hills of Tuscany, Italy. Participants ride vintage bikes with friction shifters and wear vintage cycle kit, all for the love of it, and Le Coq Sportif create the perfect gear to go with the amazing retro bikes.
