Fizik

Fizik, or Fi'zi:k, by their spelling, is an Italo-American company that produces saddles, shoes and other accessories. A relative newcomer, only starting in 1996, Fizik have designed some of the most well respected saddles in modern cycling. Fi'zi:k is a phonetic spelling of physique, and the company has done a lot of research in to what makes a saddle comfortable and supportive whilst maximing power that focuses on the movement of the whole body, leading to their various saddles designed for people with wider sit-bones or less spinal flexibility. Combine that perseverence in creating truly helpful saddles with their dedication to hand assembling everything they make for maximum quality control, it's not hard to see why Fizik have made such a dent in the performance saddle market so quickly. If you don't trust their hype, Fizik is the saddle choice for Team Sky, BMC, Liquigas-Cannondale, Rabobank and Garmin-Sharp. That's a major chunk of the pro-peloton, all trusting their behinds to Fizik.
