Company: We started taking orders for Ricky when we opened up shop in 2009. Back then, Ex-Pro BMX rider and enthusiastic Yorkshireman Ricky Feather was a new comer to the world of frame building, these days he is ranked as one of the UK’s finest, drawing in customers for his creativity and talent with steel. Beautiful touches like hand cut brake bridges and cut-out bottom bracket shells sit alongside high performance steel and Di2 mounts. Ricky spends hours filling out lugs and making small parts to ensure everyone who orders from him gets something extremely special.

 

Accolades: Feather Cycles was awarded ‘Best Track Bike’ at Bespoked Bristol 2011 and ‘Best Road Bike’ in 2012 with his Rapha collaboration bike. Being selected for the Rapha Continental collaboration is proof enough of his talent with steel, being one of only 4 contributors. Maybe the most telling result of Ricky’s success is his waiting list; almost everyone who has seen a Feather in the flesh has gone on to order one.
