In our professional workshop we cater for every job from basic servicing to complete frame preparation, including reaming, facing, thread cleaning and tapping. Our Cytech Qualified mechanics have a comprehensive knowledge of bikes from all disciplines and a long history in the bike trade, so you can be rest assured that your bike is in safe hands and will be returned to you feeling like new. We offer a fast and efficient turnaround, finding a service that works for you whether you’re on a budget or looking for a supreme overhaul of your beloved steed. Workshop Services

If you require bike servicing, drop your bike off at the store, preferably before 1300, Monday to Friday. No appointment required. One of our mechanics will give your bike a full check over and give you an initial quote. If any replacement parts are needed that are out of stock, those parts will be ordered and we will call you to give you a turnaround time. Workshop For Webshop Customers

All of our workshop services are available to our web shop customers. If you need anything from parts of a bike pre-assembled or just a star nut fitting in a fork steerer, we’ll be happy to help. Just email us with any queries and we can give you a quote

Workshop Terms and Conditions

We will always strive to get your bike serviced and finished before the end of the booking day. However, if any parts need to be ordered to get your bike fixed we reserve the right to reschedule and work out other quick solutions to get you back one the road (depending on the availability of spares)

We would kindly ask you to collect your bike after it's been serviced or repairs at the same booking date unless special arrangement has been made with the workshop. We reserve the right to charge for storage if bikes are not collected within a reasonable time.
