Payment over the Internet is made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro or Solo cards and PayPal. Card charges will appear on your statement as "Tokyo Fixed".

Due to the nature of our order processing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of processing and confirmation. If there is a problem with your order or an item is out of stock, your payment will be refunded as quickly as possible. The refund may take between 3 - 5 days to show as cleared funds in your account,depending on your Bank.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. We also offer prices to be displayed in Euros, US Dollar or Japanese Yen when the currency is selected. These rates are based on the current daily exchange rate and are updated daily. These are only a guideline and as we will be charging the pound sterling amount. The pounds sterling amount will also be displayed on your order confirmation.

It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. Please check with your local authorities before placing the order.

Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted through our secure payment gatway (Sage pay) using 128 bit encryption when the order is placed. Card details are not kept or stored in in clear unencrypted text on any website or documentation. If you feel in any way unsure about purchasing by credit or debit card online, you also have the option of calling us and placing the order over the phone.
