During Bespoked Bristol, we were fortunate enough to host Shin-Ichi Konno of Cherubim Cycles. We were extremely proud to exhibit some Cherubim bikes, including the show-stopping, NAHBS-winning Rambler. Having one of the most respected frame-builders in the world on your stall is excellent, not only for the show-goers but for the other frame builders as well. Shin-Ichi was very taken with Tom Donhou’s stall, so we arranged for Shin-Ichi to go to Tom’s new East London workshop and compare notes. It was amazing to have the cream of British and Japanese frame building together in one room. We’re still crossing our fingers for a collaboration bike…
