A : No, if you had an account on the old website we have transferred Your email address and passwords across, however you will have to re-enter your address details once you have logged in.

Q : Will my old account or sales history be on the new website?
A : Unfortunately not, your previous sales history from the old website could not be transferred across to the new website.

Q : Can I have my order delivered to another address not my billing address.
A : Yes, when entering your details on the system simply de-select the delivery address the same as billing and enter a new address in the delivery address field.
