The Riot's represent Bont's attempt to distill all their incredible technology in to an affordable, entry level shoe. Retaining the incredible heat moulding technology that makes the high end Bont shoes so beloved by the pro peloton, these models are slightly more padded in the heel and around the foot for a more comfortable fit.
The Riots come with a glass composite sole with a carbon surface, so whilst they might not be quite as stiff as a full carbon sole, they're stiff much stiffer than the vast majority of shoes available. The uppers are also well ventilated, which works well with the increased padding. Bont's aim with the Riots was to maintain all the incredible biomechanical benefits of the Zero's and Vaypor+'s, while reducing the cost for the consumer. The Riot's are one of the best value and best performance shoes available.
Sizing - we would recommend that if you are unable to try on a pair of Bont's before purchase, try the online Bont sizing wizard to make sure you get the correct fit.
